NMF Fellows Academy:

To ensure that students are prepared to assume key leadership roles in health care delivery and health policy, National Medical Fellowships launched the NMF Fellows Academy in 1999. The Fellows Academy will become a broad national network of current and former NMF Scholars. Its primary goal is to increase awareness of NMF programs, increase the number and quality of applicants to each, and become a resource on data about selected underrepresented minority medical students throughout the nation. Most important, the Fellows Academy provides a forum for recruiting, leadership development, peer support and mentoring.
